MILES CITY, Mont. (AP) - The city judge in Miles City, Ralph Dukart, has been sentenced after pleading guilty to a drunken driving charge.
Dukart pleaded guilty to driving under the influence per se.
Justice of the Peace Marilyn Kober of Stillwater County on Friday gave Dukart a 10-day suspended jail sentence, a $585 fine and suspended his driver's license for six months. He was ordered to complete an alcohol assessment and treatment program. Kober said she would recommend the judge be given an occupational driver's license after he enrolls in a treatment program.
Dukart was arrested on Sept. 14.
