Phil Campbell

Phil began working at KPVI just a few months after graduating from Shelley High School. He spent several years honing his skills behind the scenes while he attended Idaho State University. He eventually earned a Bachelor Degree from the James E Rogers Department of Mass Communication at ISU.

Phil has acquired many skills during his time at KPVI. He is just as comfortable in the control room as he is on camera. Phil has won several awards in broadcasting at the state and regional level. His skills brought him to KSNV in Las Vegas for a short amount of time but he promptly returned to eastern Idaho because this is where his heart is.

Phil covers a variety of topics for us in the Upper Valley. You can often catch him helping out our sports department. Phil also loves to travel and he covers many travel related issues for KPVI.
