CarFit is a national program to help older drivers find their "perfect fit" in their automobiles. Participants drive their own vehicles to CarFit where trained technicians review a 12-point checklist looking at such things as seat position, steering wheel position, and mirror adjustment.
Pocatello's CarFit event is sponsored by the Occupational Therapy program at Idaho State University. Cone to the Holt Arena parking lot from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to participate in this fun, educational event.
