Pecan Crusted Halibut with a Honey Orange Sauce

6 Halibut fillets
1-cup flour
2 tsp lemon pepper
2 cups minced pecan halves (place in food processor)
6 egg whites ( well beated)
1 cup orange juice

Prehat oven to 350 degrees

Mix together flour and lemon pepper in a shallow bowl. Place beated egg whites in a bowl with orange juice. Dredge fillets in flour mixture then in egg white mixture then in minced pecan mixture. Brush lightly with a little egg whites and leftover orange juice for a crisp brown topping. Place fillets on greased baking sheet Bake @ 350 for 15 min cover the baking pan with foil.

Honey Orange Sauce

1-cup low fat milk
Zest from one orange
2 TBSP honey mustard sauce
½ cup Parmesan cheese
2 TBSP chopped chives

While halibut is cooking. Mix all sauce ingredients together and bring to boil. Spoon over cooked halibut.

Yields 6 servings
