In these cold winter months many of us put a on a few pounds, but there is a new business in Idaho Falls that wants to help you feel weightless and energized. Summer Joy was there for their grand opening today and to find out more details into Super Fly Fitness.

Super Fly Fitness cut the ribbon today presenting their new business in Snake River Landing off of Pier view and Recreation Drive that highlights a new kind of work out called, Anti-Gravity
Yoga. This type of exercise is a mix between aerial arts and yoga.

The hammock enables you to perform zero compression inversions that can improve circulation, promote spinal decompression, help with joint mobility, gives you a great core workout, and leaves you feeling relaxed, lighter, and even taller.

“I love that it is meditative. I get to incorporate spiritual mediations and bring people to present and allow them to really focus on their intent for coming to class and honor themselves for being here,” said Alexandra Chapman, the owner of Super Fly Fitness.

They also offer classes with kettle Bells, Hip hop yoga, Titanium total body , turbo kick, and Zumba and the owner says she hopes to be able to offer even more.

Super Fly is also going to offer another fun choice for date night on the first Saturday of every month. You and your special someone can learn the Lindy Hop, plus numerous other ballroom styles of dance.

One of Alex's mottos is "first love yourself," that's why she named her business Super Fly Fitness.

“I’m lucky to get to teach people to fly and I know first-hand how important it is to learn to love yourself and if you take time for yourself to do the important things your just a better person at giving and loving others,” added Chapman.

The owner says anyone can do these classes, they just have to try. Her goal is to help bring another option for people who want to improve their total body health and wellness.

“I’m here for you. I want 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed. If you’re not happy with a class that you just paid for come talk to me and let’s work something out, let’s get you another class free. Let’s do something to make you happy because I want you to come back. Because without my customers and clients I wouldn’t be here and I’m so thankful for all the amazing support received in Idaho Falls and I just look forward to a long future here,” said Chapman.

Super Fly Fitness is offering promotions throughout February and if you want to know more information you can to
