This weekend, a 22-year Idaho Falls tradition will get underway.
The Idaho Falls Rotary Club will be hosting the annual Great Snake River Greenbelt Duck Race on Saturday.
Monday night, organizers were previewing perhaps the loudest of the day's events, power boat races
The day will also feature a classic car show, extreme skiing, and outhouse races.
Since its inception in 1991, the fundraiser has brought in over $4 million for the greenbelt and Committee Member Kevin Call says the races are an event for the whole family.
“They do 85 to 90 miles per hour plus out here and on Saturday they'll be drag racing against each other,” Call said. “It's a lot of fun to watch and it'll be a really neat experience.”
