Well it's time for the big game again as Idaho Falls takes on Skyline and this year there's no mercy as everyone gets ready for the event.
The Idaho Falls Tigers left a message directed at Skyline on their event billboard. It says they're going bear hunting, while on the other side it reads 'orange nuff said'…..
Meanwhile Skyline responded right back as they hung stuffed tigers from the ceiling, drew on paper banners, and made wall decorations. This is one of the biggest rivalries in the nation.
"We've had a huge spirit week the cheerleaders have painted the town and we've got an assembly coming up to get us pumped up. Last night we had our Tiger Stomp to get everybody fired up” said Skyline Quarterback Tyson Dennert.
Not only are the high schools involved in this rivalry, but the community as a whole.
Employees at Cooper Norman decided to also participate in the brawl.
"Last night somebody decorated our office orange and black, and Skyline followed up today with blue and white decorations.....no original idea” said Terri Gazdik.
"You know, the game, well Skyline is going to win.....goal posts will be blue” said Skyline fan Pam Staker.
Whether you're a Tiger or a Bear, one thing is for sure, the fight will be fierce.
