A locally owned fit club is giving Idaho Falls and Ammon residents the opportunity to use groundbreaking new technology to improve and track their health and fitness.
Koko FitClub in Idaho Falls and Ammon is using science to measure and guide their members to their goals.
Koko FitClub is using what they call FitCheck to analyze and track each member’s level of lean muscle. Once that’s determined they use a smart-training system to automatically customize each and every workout.
“We custom build a program for you based on your goals, your lifestyle and our FitCheck measures your body compositions and we basically put all of that together to create a custom built, one on one personal training plan for you to accomplish your goals” said manager Chris Sorensen.
Starting this month Koko FitClub is using each member’s FitCheck information and exercise data to prescribe a customized nutrition program.
“Koko is actually the world’s first workout facility, personal training studio so to speak, that offers the total package, basically just encompassing everything about your health, tracking every single thing about you, your body composition, your workout history, your strength, now the nutrition, being that key that nobody else out there offers” continued Sorensen.
The nutrition program will be based on each individuals unique lean muscle levels and exercise activity.
“The results with Koko are far and away the best I’ve ever seen, I’ve been a personal trainer for about 10 years now, any strength gain is typically good, in personal training obviously it usually increases above and beyond what people experience on their own” said Sorensen.
Koko offers a free session for the first time you come in. During the session they go over your goals and find out what results you’re looking for.
Koko FitClub has two locations in the Idaho Falls area.
Koko FitClub is having an open house tonight until 7:00 in both of their locations. One is on 17th Street next to Pizza Pie Café the other is on West Broadway next to Albertson’s.
