MOOSE, Wyo. (AP) — The focus of the search for a missing Russian college student in Grand Teton National Park has shifted to hiking trails in the Teton canyons.

Rangers were searching Thursday for 23-year-old Aleksandr Sagiev around Delta, Surprise and Ampitheatre lakes as well as Avalanche Canyon. They're all near the Taggart Lake trailhead where he possibly could have been dropped off on Monday morning.

It's the third day rangers have been looking for Sagiev. He was reported missing after failing to show up for work at his summer job at Dornan's resort at the park's Moose entrance on Monday.

Authorities originally had few clues to go on and have previously focused their searching around Dornan's and along the nearby Snake River.
