While football may be on everyone’s mind, the famous Harlem Ambassador’s Basketball team is making a stop in Eastern Idaho.
The Rexburg Rotary Club has arranged for the basketball team to come and speak to different schools in Madison County.
The ambassadors put on a fun show with music and high-flying slam dunks, but their main message to students is to stay strong during obstacles life may bring and not fall in the habit of drugs and alcohol.
“It’s definitely a blessing to be able to talk to all these kids because they all have different ideas and dreams and you never know who you’re going to touch so it’s new every time” said Ambassador Cherie Hughes.
The Harlem Ambassadors will be playing a basketball game tomorrow night at Madison High School against educators, media and law enforcement officers. The game starts at 7.
