IF Police Investigate String of Car Burglaries

Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles after a string of car burglaries in Idaho Falls.

Officers were called to the 600 block of Bainbridge around 1:15 Thursday morning after a victim discovered three of his vehicles had been gone through.

Police also found seven other vehicles in the area that had also been burglarized.

The suspects are unknown.

Police are also looking into reports of car burglaries on the 2100 block of Cavan and 800 block of Cedar Ridge Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.

Officers say two laptop computers, stereo, iPad, fishing license were taken from the victims' vehicles.

In both cases, vehicles were left unlocked.
