ISP Makes Meth Bust on Interstate 86

A California man will spend some time behind bars at the Power County Jail after ISP Troopers found 1/4 lbs. of methamphetamines during a routine traffic stop.

Idaho State Police stopped Matthew Mendez Dehart, 51, just after 10 a.m., Thursday, on Interstate 86 west of American Falls.

Police found the meth, with a street value of $4,000, during a search of the vehicle. 

Dehart, of Galt, California, was arrested on charges of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges.
