For the fourth year running Idaho State University has been named one of the country's most military friendly schools.
The list published by Victory Media and highlighted in the annual G.I. Jobs Guide to Military Friendly Schools honors the top 15 percent of institutes of higher learning that embrace the country's service members, veterans, and their families.
The 2013 list of military friendly schools was compiled through survey data of over 12,000 VA-approved schools across the country.
Kale Bergeson, Vice President of the Armed Forces Veterans Club, says he's proud to pay forward the help he has gotten to be successful at school.
“It's very fulfilling to see these young vets come in in similar situations and then see them progress and to be able to take new vets under their wings and help them,” said Bergeson. “That's the most fulfilling aspect of it.”
