An Idaho Falls man is facing statutory rape charges after an investigation revealed he had sex with a 16-year-old girl.
Police arrested Justin P. Hunter, 20, on a warrant and booked him into the Bonneville County Jail.
Officers say they started investigating Hunter in November after he was accused of harboring a runaway which happened to be a 16-year-old girl.
