About 40 people were evacuated this last christmas eve due to a fire at the Bonneville Hotel Apartments located in the downtown Idaho Falls area. Reports showed that the fire left 20 to 30 people temporarily homeless and about ten people had to be treated for smoke inhalation and minor injuries. This week, not one, but nine Idaho Falls officers are being honored for their efforts during the fire and keeping with the highest traditions of law enforcement. Summer Joy has more.
