Rob Wiscombe, a friend of KPVI and the City of Pocatello passed away this last Tuesday morning.  Summer Joy spoke with the family to see how they were doing.

Saturday afternoon at café Tuscano his family invited friends and loved ones to share memories and Rob's favorite dishes. Rob was actively involved in the Pocatello community through the Chamber of Commerce and the Portneuf Greenway Foundation.

He also loved cooking as he was the co-owner of café Tuscano. His kids say they couldn't have asked for a better dad and their favorite memories of him will be spending time in the kitchen and around the dinner table. They added that one of the biggest things they will take with them throughout their life that they learned from their dad was to get involved in your community.

"It was the best last day ever," said his daughter.

His son added, "He'll be missed and we're still getting things done."

"He's wonderful in our eyes. We couldn't have asked for a better dad and we're grateful that we had a dad like that," added his daughter.

They also wanted to thank everyone for the outpouring of  support and prayers during this time.
