An Idaho Falls man is just a few steps away from having his creation on the shelves of Wal-Mart. The Smart PJs that Juan Murdoch created, designed and sells is making a splash in a competition to be sold in over 4000 stores nationwide

"I’m fairly confident that after talking to so many people and hearing their views on the smart Pjs that we have a pretty good shot," Murdoch said.

This is Juan’s first entrepreneurial venture and he’s learned a lot.

"What I’m glad of at this stage of it is that I stuck with it. That I pursued it and didn’t let fears of what if people don’t like it come in, those fears were certainly there but I did let them stop me from doing it," Murdoch added.

Juan has seen early success and his advice to those with an idea is to act upon it.

He said that you need to"Stick with it if you have an idea that you think is good and other people think is good, stick with it and do whatever it takes to bring it out in front of people."
