Two brothers are facing disturbing the peace and resisting an officer charges after they refused to cooperate with police over a loud party.
Victor Madrigal, 41, is also facing battery on an officer charges in addition to the others he and his brother Victor Delosant Madrigal, 40, now face.
Police were called out regarding a noise disturbance in the 200 block of 18th Street on August 31.
Officers confronted a group of about ten people including the Madrigal's outside the home. Victor Madrigal began yelling and swearing about his neighbors calling the police.
He refused to be quiet and officers told him he was under arrest for disturbing the peace. That's when he went inside while Victor Delosant Madrigal and others blocked the door to keep officers out.
Victor Delosant Madrigal even pushed an officer and was later tased. Additional officers were called for assistance and both Madrigal's were arrested, but not before Victor Madrigal head-butted an officer.
Both men were booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
