Two men are behind bars after police say they tried to rob a video store at gunpoint.

Blackfoot Police arrested Cristobal Jesus Aguirre, 18, and Jose Alejandro Lopez-Sotelo, 18 late Monday night.

Detectives say Aguirre and Lopez-Sotelo walked into the Video Jalisco, located at 1187 Parkway Drive, with their faces covered.

One pointed a gun and demanded money. The suspects, however, did not get any cash and left the store empty handed.

A store clerk and another witness identified the men allowing police to make the arrests.

Both are charged with attempted robbery.
