An Idaho Falls man is facing multiple charges after police say he inappropriately touched a five-year-old child.
Officers arrested Steven Bodkin, 36, for lewd and lascivious conduct and statutory rape Saturday night following an investigation.
Bodkin was also arrested on a felony failure to appear warrant for indecency with a child out of Texas.
Officers began investigating the incident Saturday night after the child’s mother reported to police some information the child told her about Bodkin. Detectives believe the abuse happened several times.
