Idaho Falls Police arrested a woman for aggravated battery Wednesday after she allegedly attacked her mother with a wooden pole.
Dontie Hailey Shaw, 20, was arrested on a warrant and booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
According to police reports, Shaw became angry and attacked her 44-year-old mother with a 2x2 wooden pole on Feb. 24 in the 1900 block of Hoopes.
Shaw took off before police arrived could not immediately be found.
