Police: Woman Stole Laptop and Gun from Apartment

An Ammon woman is facing felony grand theft charges after police say she stole a laptop and a gun.

Officers arrested Michaela J. Murrieta, 20, on Thursday in connection in connection to the theft and booked her into the Bonneville County Jail.

Police say the arrest stems from an incident reported on January 14, 2014, of a theft at an apartment in the 1300 block of Hoopes. The victim reported that Murrieta had stolen his laptop computer and a handgun.
