Sparks Appears in Court

The man accused of brutally murdering his wife was back in court Monday. Police say Michael Lane Sparks used premeditation and malice when he beat his estranged wife to death with a rifle and a baseball bat.

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON WITH THIS CASE? DID THE INVESTIGATORS AN THE LAB SCREW IT ALL UP? SEEMS TO ME THE LAWS GET BENT TO SERVE THE PROSECUTORS OFFICE WHEN THEY NEED IT, AND THE JUDGES CHANGES THE RIGHTS TO FIT WHATEVER SEEMS TO GET A CONVICTION RIGHT IN OPEN COURT. DOES ANYONE CARE, REALLY IF THEY LOSE THIS ONE IT IS ALL THEIR OWN FAULT FOR NOT GETTING OR FORCING A PLEA OUT OF THIS GUY PROBABLY LACK OF EVIDENCE WILL GET HIM OFF IN THIS HORRID MURDER OF A WOMAN IN FRONT OF HER KIDS.
