It sounded almost too good to be true. In early 2012, the three men were offering people the chance to buy Facebook stock just as the company was to go public. Turns out that, according to prosecutors, the offer was too good to be true. They claim the men had no connection to the stock or to Facebook. But he insists he is fit enough to keep running the Internet's most influential company. Page lost his voice a year ago. He says doctors haven't been able to fully diagnose why his vocal cords are giving him so much trouble, though he has been able to speak -- albeit raspily -- at recent earnings calls.

And, if you're hoping to win the prize, iTunes has a countdown ticker on its website, so you can try to time it in your favor. The winner is expected to be named today.
