I've found that when you split events up into different areas you can lose the "festivity-ness" of the whole thing. Going from place to place makes things disconnected, people get distracted. It is also better for vendors, educational/instructional booths, etc. because they want everyone to be able to see there wares. So if it's split up, who says where they will be placed and where would be the best place for them....

The fairgrounds is the most people friendly and holds the biggest crowds with the most room than anyplace in pocatello. it has easy access and off ramps from and to the freeways. it is close to food and sleeping and shopping . I suggest more bathrooms. there never seems to be enough and they dont seem to have enough people to maintain them. more food booths and treat spots. how about dunking ponds , donating places, some sort of contests? concerts? family entertainment. pocatello is a great place with great neighbors. keep it at the fairgrounds, add more businesses and keep the crowd coming.
