Chubbuck Police arrested three suspects they believe were responsible for multiple car burglaries on Wednesday.
Police received the first of five calls at 10 a.m. The last report came in at 7:15 p.m. Officers also learned two cars had been stolen during that time.
Chubbuck Police say thanks to many witnesses who helped out, they were able to get a license plate number and a good description of the suspects.
Officers were able to corner them in the Texas Roadhouse parking lot just moments after a car burglary at the Pine Ridge Mall.
Police arrested Jacob Quarbe, 22, Rachel Clitso, 22, and Linda Hernandez, 26. All face charges of burlgary and conspiracy to commit burglary. Quarve is also facing a charge for possession of a controlled substance. Hernandez faces an additional charge of providing false information.
Officers say one of the stolen cars has been recovered and returned to the owner.
Police say this serves as another reminder to lock your doors. All of the cars except one was left unlocked and the keys were also left in the cars. They caution against leaving valuables in plain sight. Put them in the trunk, cover them up or take them into your home.
