An Arizona man is in custody after police say he stole video games from Wal-Mart and then attempted to sell them at another retailer on Friday.

Witnesses tell police they saw 33-year-old Jerry Perez stealing games from the Wal-Mart on Utah Avenue and then reselling them at the nearby GameStop.

After finding Perez' vehicle, officers found other stolen items including DVDs, a watch, neckties, and bicycles inside the vehicle.

Police also found a marijuana bong in his car.

Officers eventually found Perez hiding in the bushes near the I-15 ramp and Broadway.

The estimated value of the stolen items is at $1,300.

He has been charged with grand theft and burglary.
