It’s not that unusual to find cat prints or evidence of birds on your car but a family in the Monte Vista neighborhood of Pocatello might be scratching their heads when they see the large talon-prints on their windshield and roof.
A wild turkey meandered its way through the Gate City neighborhood Thursday morning. After scouting out an organic egg farm, the turkey decided to check out the view from on top of this Ford Excursion.
After spending a few minutes on the roof, the turkey returned to lower ground where he enjoyed a nice breakfast next to a dumpster.
It’s not uncommon to see wild animals in this section of town. In the past they have seen deer, moose and even cougars.
