An Idaho State University assistant track and field coach was one of three electrocuted in a Bingham County Canal Thursday night.

Considering that the definition of electrocution is death by passing electric current through the body, how does one, pray tell, survive electrocution?

You might want to mention early on that the 3 individuals are dead. One can survive an electrocution, so it's important to put the very important details up front, not at the end of the 3rd paragraph.
