The Bear Lake County man convicted last year of stealing underwear is now on probation.

Ryan Bateman spent six months in treatment at the correctional facility in Cottonwood, Idaho. After doing well there Judge Mitchell Brown has placed Bateman on five years probation and ordered him to have no contact with the victims in this case.

Last year the 37-year-old pleaded guilty to burglary and drug charges after he entered a home in Paris and stole women's and children's underwear.
