Whether you are for or against President Barack Obama you've got to admit what a rare opportunity it would be to shake his hand.
Fort Hall Business Council Chairman Alonzo Coby will meet with the President in person this week.
Coby is among more than 500 tribal leaders expected to attend the White House Tribal Nations Conference on Thursday, November 5th. Leaders from the over 500 federally-recognized tribes will be able to present their common concerns at the conference.
Obama committed during his election campaign to meet regularly with tribal leaders. On Thursday, the president will deliver opening and closing remarks and participate in interactive discussions.
You can be a part of the meetings in real time by logging on to www.white-house.gov from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time on November 5th.
