"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" Released

For thousands of gamers in our area, Christmas came at the stroke of midnight.

"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" hit store shelves early this morning. Play n' Trade in Chubbuck was one of the chosen few that had a preview of the new game. They decided to share it with others along with pizza and subs. The new game is the sequel to "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" and the sixth game of the Call of Duty series.

Alex Shepherp, gamer, "Yea, this isn't just a niche. It's huge. I mean we have so many people are interested in gaming and this is the one people get excited about."

"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" is out for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC. Prices start at $59.99.
