StrongWomen Exercise classes

The objective of the StrongWomen program is to improve the health and well-being of middle-aged and oler women (age 35 and up) by increasing access to structured, safe and effective strength-training and nutrition programs.  The exercises are simple and unlike aerobics, the exercises are literally no-sweat!  Allexercises are done either sitting or standing and results are rapid. Sessions consist of 12 classes and we will be offering morning and evening sessions beginning in February.
