This 3 hour running workshop is for runners of all ages and ability levels.  It will cover running form for injury prevention and efficiency, plyometric and strength training, as well as running shoe selection and the myths surrounding pronation, heel toe drop, stability, motion control and cushioning.  This workshop is being taught by Carolyn Weber, physical therapist, Boston Marathoner, and course record holder at Pebble Creek Mountain Run and triathlete.  Included in the workshop is a free footwear assessment and a free injury consultation.  For more information and to register go to  Workshops are being held outdoors and are limited to 12 participants each to allow for social distancing.  Feel free to contact Carolyn Weber with questions:
