Local Assisted Living Residents Got Some Puppy Love

Over a dozen dogs paraded around for residents of a local assisted living facility in Pocatello.

The Gables Assisted Living hosted a puppy parade for their residents.

Family of the residents and community members showed up with their dogs for the residents to see and interact with.

Over a dozen dogs participated in the parade.

“It was nice to get outside.  Some of their families came, which they always love to see their families, just a little more social interaction for them because we’ve been pretty limited the last six months or however long this has been going on, so it was just something good for them,” says Kylie Hebdon, Administrator, Pocatello Gables Assisted Living.

The Gables plans to do another puppy parade for its residents on Halloween for the dogs to dress up and parade around.
