Counterfeit Money 01

A counterfeit bill was used at a local business in Pocatello Wednesday.

Pocatello Police say that the counterfeit $100  bill had been washed out and re-printed, making it hard to identify as fake. Suspects in the case have been identified and police are still investigating.

Police remind you to check all currency to make sure it's authentic. If you receive fake bills or suspect money is counterfeit, contact police.
